Our
appointment system for NHS sessions operates on an hourly basis. When we offer you a slot in
a particular hour our aim is to attend to your treatment needs within that hour.
This gives us the flexibility to be able to offer those in pain or with urgent
problems the chance to be seen the day they contact us. When unexpected events
cause unpredicted delays, we ask you to bear with us and we appreciate your
patience.
Keep your appointment time. We understand that unforseen circumstances can
make you late and we will respect that, but in that case we may not be able
to carry out all the treatment that was planned for that visit.
Give us as much notice as possible if you have to cancel you appointment. This
is so we can re-allocate the time to other patients who may be in pain and need
an urgent appointment.
Please give one working day's notice if you are unable to attend. Other patients may be in pain or need to be seen urgently. We can then offer your time slot to them.
Telephone the practice early and a time slot will be offered to you the same day, within our hourly booking system.
The Practice is open Monday to Thursday from 8:30am to 6:30pm, Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm, and Saturday by arrangement.
It is closed between 1.20pm and 2.30pm for lunch.
The Practice may be closed between 2.30pm and 4.30pm for our staff training
sessions.
