Your First Visit Will Include:

• Gathering information, administrative and clinical.
• Describing your present state of health (Diagnosis).
• Creating a Treatment Plan for you to decide on.
• Explaining the cost.
  The NHS charges are set by the Government. For private treatment options, ask for the private charges to be explained before proceeding.
  Please be prepared to pay charges at the commencement of treatment.

Dental Health Review

Why are Dental Health Reviews important?
Because we know now that dental disease and pain can be avoided. It's never too young to start. Remember, a baby is born dentally healthy.

What's special about a Dental Health Review?
We'll record the condition of your mouth.
We'll record the condition of your teeth.
We'll record the condition of your gums.
We'll take necessary Xrays.
We'll advise you how to keep your mouth healthy.

Your Oral Health carries responsibilities for you also.
We will therefore ask you to:-

• Apply the oral health advice we give you, making every effort to remain in the green or white codes of the dental health index.
• Maintain your registration with the practice annually.
• Pay for treatment as agreed and when requested.
• Tell us if you have any comment or complaint about the practice or your treatment so that we can respond to and make any necessary changes in our procedures.
